     The saxophone reed is the a wooden part of the saxophone. It is a very delicate item and needs greater care and maintenance.

   The saxophone reed aids sounds and vibrations of notes produced from the saxophone.

    It has varieties of ratings ranging from 2,2.5,3.0,3.5 e.t.c.
